How to Create an Organization
- Access the New Organization Option:
- Click on your name at the top right of the page to open a dropdown menu.
- Select “New Organization” from the dropdown menu.
- Enter Organization Details:
- Organization Name: Provide the name of your organization.
- Email Address: Your email address will be prefilled. If creating the organization for someone else, enter their email address.
- Click “Save & Continue”.
- Next, you will be prompted to set up your Instrument List.
- Instrument List Setup (Optional):
- Instrument Name: Enter a name for the instrument (e.g., “1st alto” for all 1st alto saxophone parts).
- Keywords: Add keywords to account for different naming conventions in various pieces of music (e.g., “alto saxophone 1” or “1st alto”). Type the keyword and click the checkmark next to it or press “Enter” to add it to the list.
- Click “Add Instrument”.
- Repeat for each instrument part that is included in your typical sheet music.
- After setting up your instruments, you will be prompted to enter your billing details.
- Enter Your Billing Information (Optional):
- Note: While this step can be completed later, please be aware that if billing details are not provided before the end of the 7-day free trial, access to your organization will be suspended until payment information is entered.

Additional Note:
To avoid any interruptions in access, completing the billing setup during the registration process is recommended. This ensures uninterrupted use of your organization and its resources within Virtual Song Book.
