Inviting Users to Your Organization

  1. Access the Users Page:
    • Navigate to the Users page. You will see two tables: Invited Users and Registered Users.
  2. Invite a New User:
    • Click “Invite User”.
    • Email Address: Enter the email address of the user.
    • Role Selection: Choose the role for the user:
      • User: Can access the organization.
      • Admin: Can edit the organization, invite users, edit and upload music files, and control other organization settings.
    • Conductor Access: If the user should have access to conductor scores, check the “Conductor” checkbox.
    • Instrument Access: Select the instrument part(s) the user should have access to.
    • Click “Send Invite”.
  3. User Invitation:
    • The user will receive an invite via email. They will need to create a Virtual Song Book account to access the app.
