Is my music library private?
Completely. Access is invitation-only; members only see the parts assigned to them. No public access.
What file formats do you support?
For each song in your library, you will need to upload the PDFs of your score and individual parts, as well as an audio file of the playback. The audio file must be in an MP3 format.
What if my music isn’t digitized?
We offer a transcription service for handwritten scores. Contact us for per-song pricing.
Can I manage my library from anywhere?
Yes, the web portal works on any device and any browser. Upload, update, and manage on the go.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is a seven-day trial period where you will not be charged, so you can ensure that Virtual Song Book works for your organization.
