Our secure platform is built as a user invitation model, so only musicians in your band that you invite to use the application have access to your music library. Additionally, access to the files is multi-tiered so you have the flexibility to not only grant access to your library, but limit access to specific instrument parts for each musician.
For each song in your library, you will need to upload the PDFs of your score and individual parts as well as an audio file of the midi playback. The audio file must be in an MP3 format.
In order for your songs to be available in the app, your library does need to be in a digital format. If you have songs that are only in a handwritten format, our team can digitize those arrangements by entering them into a music notation program. Costs for these additional services will be provided on a song-by-song basis.
Your music library is managed through Virtual Song Book’s web application. It allows Admins and Owners of your band to add/delete/replace all PDF and audio files for each song in your library.
After you sign up, there is a seven-day trial period where you will not be charged, so you can ensure that Virtual Song Book works for your organization.
