By design. Access is part-based so each musician sees only the parts assigned to their instrument, which keeps your view clean and relevant. If you're missing music you think you should have, reach out to your organization's director, who manages who gets which parts.

That's intentional. Virtual Song Book blocks screenshots to keep your organization's arrangements private, so your library can't be captured or shared outside your band. Nothing is wrong with your device.

You can reset it from the app or the web. In the app, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. On the web, go to app.virtualsongbook.com/login and click "Forgot Password." Either way, enter the email tied to your account and follow the reset link we email you.
