How to Create and Manage Sets

A set is an ordered list of songs for a specific purpose — an upcoming concert, a dated rehearsal, or a theme like “Holiday Music.” Once a set is built, your members can swipe through the songs in order right in the app, without searching between pieces. This guide covers the whole workflow: creating a set, adding songs, reordering them, and a few tips for keeping sets tidy.

Create a set

  1. Click the New Set button at the top of the page.
  2. Enter a set name — something clear, like a concert, a dated rehearsal, or a theme such as “Holiday Music.”
  3. The set is created and appears on your sets page.

Add songs to a set

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the set name to edit it.
  2. You’ll land on the Select tab.
  3. Use the search bar to start typing a song’s name, then click the song to add it. A checkmark appears next to each song you’ve added.
  4. Click Save to close the dialog — your changes save automatically.

Reorder songs

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the set name to edit it.
  2. Open the Sort tab to see the songs in the set.
  3. Drag and drop the songs into the order you want.
  4. Click Save to close the dialog — your changes save automatically.

Tips for managing sets

  • Use clear names. Descriptive set names make it easy to spot the right one at a glance.
  • Keep them current. Update sets to match your latest rehearsals, concerts, or themes.
  • Order for the performance. Arrange songs in the order you’ll play them so members can swipe smoothly between pieces during the show.

What’s next

With your set built, have everyone download it for offline use before the gig, so the whole program is ready even without a signal at the venue.
